Principal Consultant - Sydney
We are currently looking for a Principal Consultant to lead business development and project delivery in our Sydney office. Reporting to the Sydney Director, this role will identify business opportunities that are aligned with Syntegrity Solution's strategic objectives. Critically you will have the willingness to go out and develop consulting business and the expertise to lead and guide successful project outcomes.
As the successful applicant you will have:
- Demonstrated expertise in business development, sales and solution consulting
- Minimum 15 years experience with APIs, integration, cloud, security and microservices
- Minimum 5 years experience acting in a team lead role managing customer and development/consulting team
- Proven leadership and project management capability achieving successful outcomes
- Experienced in managing customer expectations, facilitate requirement gathering/design workshops, review customer solutions, performing health checks, writing reports
- Risen from the development rank to a subject matter expert/managing consultant position who is still in touch with the technology and willing to get their hands dirty when required
- Knowledge and understanding of enterprise and government policies & processes
- Worked with IBM integration product suite or equivalent over the last 8-10 years
- The ability to travel interstate as required
Additional desirable skills:
- Postgraduate qualifications in business, project management or a related field
- Delivered public education or conference presentations
